All meat is the property of the farm
Balance is payable on the day of departure.

Cancellation:

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS of DEPOSIT IF CANCEL (Client(s) can request and may be placed on waiting list for future hunt dates at Owner’s discretion and availability)

We accept payments by bank transfer, travelers’ checks, credit card or cash
Full fees are payable on wounded / non-recovered animals
Indemnity form must be signed and received prior to date of departure for safari
All prices are subject to SA Government regulated 15% VAT
All tariffs are subject to change without prior notice

Costs per hunter

One Hunter - $ 350.00

Two Hunter- $ 320.00

Observer - $ 200.00

Fees NOT included:

Value added Government Tax (VAT) on all pricing.
$ 500.00 Transportation by road, to and from Port Elizabeth, where clients will be collected.
Accommodation and travel charges before and after the contracted safari
Value added Government Tax on all pricing
Export Trophy, Dipping, Packing and Freighting.
Taxidermy.
Exportation of Trophies.
Gratuities.
Trophy fees which are payable on all animals killed or wounded.
$ 300.00 Taxidermy (Trophies transport, preparation & Paperwork).

All of the above include:

Full time services of professional hunters, skinners and trackers.
Preservation and field preparation of trophies
Accommodation, food and laundry.

Directors & Owners reserve the right to terminate clients hunt and activities at their own discretion due to unsafe or rude conduct.
